Reflecting on an Inspiring NRF 25: Thank You from Endear
We just wrapped up an incredible time at NRF in New York City, and it’s safe to say the energy at the Javits Center was off the charts! The momentum around retail technology is more electric than ever, and we were thrilled to be right at the heart of it all. From witnessing the latest AI innovations to seeing how brands are reimagining the in-store experience, one thing is clear: 2025 is going to be an exciting year for retail.

Our team had the privilege of connecting with so many amazing retailers and partners—both new faces and familiar friends. The conversations around clienteling and how brands plan to foster genuine customer relationships were particularly inspiring. Across the board, it seems everyone is finding their priorities for the year ahead – especially for clienteling, naturally – and taking a fresh look at how to build meaningful connections with their communities.
One of our biggest highlights was exhibiting from the Teamwork Commerce booth, where we want to extend our sincerest thanks for their hospitality and partnership. And we think the feeling was mutual.

We heard time and again how retailers are prioritizing clienteling in 2025, and seeing that motivation from retailers firsthand was incredibly exciting. Our team had countless meaningful conversations about how to help brands meet their clienteling goals with our CRM. Thank you to all of you who stopped by to chat!
As we reflect on the success of NRF 25, we couldn’t be more grateful for the energy and camaraderie we experienced. We’re heading into this new year with renewed passion for helping retailers forge real connections with their customers, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.
