Not only do we see that clienteling messages on both email and SMS are higher than in traditional marketing (for example, the industry average for SMS conversion rate is .07% for jewelry brands), but that SMS clienteling performs almost 10X better than email clienteling!

From our vantage point, we see how effective text messages are in creating an intimate and personalized experience between the customer and the sales associate; much like the white-glove experience that they would get from walking into a brick & mortar jewelry store.
