What was the problem you were looking to solve by seeking out a retail technology?
Because we were an online only retailer, we were trying to find ways to develop deeper and more meaningful connections with our customers. We saw what brands like Revolve were doing to connect with their customers and we set on a journey to finding the right solution to make that happen.
How has Endear helped you solve that problem?
We knew that a traditional CRM was not going to help us bridge that gap while also providing the tools needed for in-store experiences. Having the ability to build a central hub of communication for personal styling, our brick & mortar team and even our customer service team really made it a no-brainer for us to go with Endear. Now that we’re rock and rolling with the CRM, we’re even using it for cart abandonment outreach for our online store fronts, which is something we were outsourcing but we also knew we could do better by ourselves and even build upon it by leveraging lookbooks for cross-selling and upselling.
