What happens after I submit an intro?

After you submit an intro request, we’ll confirm via email whether the introduction is still available and share next steps.

What are the criteria for a qualified referral?

The introduction must be made to a Founder, CEO, VP, Director, or higher within Retail, Ecommerce, Customer Success, or Marketing.
The referred company must operate at least 3 retail store locations.

When Will I Receive My Referral Bonus?

To qualify for payment, the demo meeting must be both booked and completed (both parties must attend the full meeting). No-shows or cancellations do not qualify.
Payment will be made via a Visa Gift Card within 45 days of the demo.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in The Inner Circle referral program ("Program") operated by We Are Arthur Inc. ("Endear," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms, or suspend the Program, at any time. By participating in the Program, you ("Referrer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms, including the binding arbitration provision below.

1. Program Overview

The Inner Circle allows active Endear customers to earn compensation by introducing qualified contacts at pre-approved companies to Endear's sales team. Referrers earn a $1,000 USD Visa gift card for each completed demo that meets all qualification criteria outlined in these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a referral fee, you must:

1. Be an active, paying customer of Endear in good standing (no outstanding payments, account disputes, or violations of Endear's Terms of Service)

2. Cooperate with Endear to introduce an approved lead at a target company — defined as a founder, CEO, VP, Director, or above in retail, ecommerce, customer success, or marketing (an "Approved Lead")

3. That Approved Lead must take a completed demo with Endear

4. You must be the first to introduce Endear to that Approved Lead

5. That Approved Lead must use the link or form associated with your submission to book the demo

The Program is not open to current Endear employees, contractors, or their immediate family members. You may not participate if doing so violates any agreement or policy of your employer.

If two Referrers introduce Endear to the same Approved Lead, Endear reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine to whom the referral fee is paid.

3. Qualified Companies & Contacts

Referrers may submit introduction requests for any company, including those not listed on The Inner Circle landing page. However, Endear reserves the right to approve or decline any submission at its sole discretion.

To be considered for approval, the referred company must generally:

- Have 3 or more physical retail locations

- Not be in Endear's active sales pipeline at the time of the introduction request

- Not have previously purchased services from Endear

The referred contact must hold a qualifying title (Director or above) in retail, ecommerce, customer success, or marketing. Endear will generally notify the Referrer of its decision within 24–48 hours of submission. Endear reserves the right to take additional time if necessary.

4. Payment Terms

Referral fees are paid within forty-five (45) days after an Approved Lead completes a qualifying demo. All referral fees are paid in USD via Visa gift card. Endear reserves the right to change the method of payment at any time.

To qualify for payment, the demo meeting must be both scheduled and completed — meaning both parties must attend the full meeting. No-shows, cancellations, or partial attendance do not qualify.

Please note that referral rewards may be considered taxable income under applicable law. We recommend consulting a tax advisor if you have questions about your specific situation.

5. Restrictions

You shall not:

- Make any statements about Endear or its products that are false or misleading

- Distribute unsolicited bulk emails (spam) mentioning or referring to Endear's products

- Represent yourself as an agent or employee of Endear

- Negotiate any contract on Endear's behalf or bind Endear to any agreement

You confirm that you have obtained permission to share any referred contact's information with Endear prior to submitting an introduction request.

6. Confidentiality

Any confidential or proprietary information shared by Endear in connection with the Program ("Confidential Information") shall not be disclosed to any third party. You agree to take reasonable steps to protect such information during your participation in the Program and for three (3) years thereafter. Confidential Information related to Endear's technology shall be kept confidential in perpetuity.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Endear and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, including the restrictions set forth in Section 5.

8. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ENDEAR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ENDEAR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ENDEAR'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. By participating in the Program, you agree that any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules. Claims shall be heard by a single arbitrator. Arbitrations shall be held in New York County, New York, though parties may choose to appear in person, by phone, or through submission of documents.

The arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. You agree that you may bring claims only in your individual capacity — not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

10. Relationship of the Parties

The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create an agency, joint venture, partnership, or employee-employer relationship between you and Endear.

11. Modifications & Termination

Endear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time with or without notice. Endear may disqualify any Referrer from the Program at any time for violation of these Terms, providing false or misleading information, engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices, or any conduct Endear determines is harmful to the Program. Disqualified Referrers forfeit any pending or future payments.
