Adoption at scale

How a 10-store pilot became a 113-store rollout in just 2 months.

One enterprise women's apparel brand came to Endear looking for a way to turn their store teams' customer relationships into more repeat traffic, more personalized outreach, and more attributable sales across both in-store and online. They piloted Endear in just ten stores to start, and after dedicated onboarding and associate training, the results quickly rolled in. Every message was traced back to the store, the associate, and the sale it drove, giving their team the pilot data needed to prove ROI to the exec team and justify a full fleet rollout.

Brand consistency at scale

The same brand experience, whether you're running three stores or three hundred.

Store-by-store outreach is only as strong as your best associate. Endear turns that ad hoc effort into one governed clienteling program. Every associate works from the same approved templates and brand voice, no matter which store, region, or brand they're in. It makes adding a new brand or region a simple configuration change, not a new implementation.

Brand Consistency Across Associates

Every message sent reflects the same approved templates and brand voice rules, whether it's sent from a new associate or a brand veteran.

Scale With Ease

Rolling out to a new store or region is a simple configuration change, not a total re-implementation.

Multi-brand architecture

Manage every brand from one console, with reporting and billing centralized or split by brand.

Built for enterprise-level security and compliance.

Every Endear customer is protected by a standard set of guardrails and controls, with enterprise-level add-ons available for multi-brand and multi-region organizations.

Onboarding & adoption

Endear's onboarding team didn't come from software. They came from the sales floor.

They know what a new tool feels like to a store associate on a Tuesday afternoon, because they were that associate. In fact, they were Endear customers themselves, running clienteling day to day at brands like Lululemon, Allbirds, and Bonobos. The team training your associates has felt the same reluctance, answered the same questions, and made Endear work in the same retail environment you're in now.

Your teams' adoption isn't just a guess or a goal for them, it's muscle memory. And it doesn't stop at go-live. Prioritized chat support and dedicated integration assistance are part of the package.

Frequently asked questions

Don't see your question? Ask us directly.

What is Endear's enterprise clienteling operating system?
Endear is the clienteling operating system built for retail organizations running dozens to hundreds of stores. It gives every store team a unified view of the customer (including purchase history, engagement data, and preferences) and the tools to turn that into personalized outreach across email, SMS, and WhatsApp. For enterprise retailers, that means one platform instead of a patchwork of spreadsheets, POS exports, and disconnected messaging tools, with the structure, security, and reporting a multi-store or multi-brand organization needs to run clienteling at scale.
What counts as "enterprise" for Endear?
Enterprise for Endear typically means 40+ stores, multiple regions, or a multi-brand portfolio. These are organizations where clienteling has to work across a large, distributed store network and often through procurement, security review, and IT stakeholders, not just a single retail director. Store count is one signal, but org complexity matters just as much. Multiple banners, layered approval chains, and integration requirements across POS and ecommerce systems all point to what we consider enterprise, even at a smaller store count.
What security and compliance does Endear provide?
Endear is SOC 2 Type II certified, with a signed DPA for every enterprise account. TCPA and SMS consent are built into how outreach works, not bolted on. Role-based access controls who sees what, with export limits to keep customer data where it belongs. Shared devices get their own protection with 2FA or PIN login, with auto-logout built in. Enterprise accounts can also add a custom DPA and data residency terms to fit their requirements.
Can Endear manage multiple brands from one account?
Yes. Endear supports multi-brand organizations from a single account, with brand-level segmentation for customer data, store teams, and reporting. Each brand keeps its own identity and outreach, including its own customer lists, messaging, and performance data, while your organization gets one consolidated view across the portfolio. That's the structure multi-brand holding companies need: local autonomy for each store team, centralized visibility for leadership.
How is Endear different from Tulip or BSPK?

Endear is a complete clienteling operating system, not a single-purpose tool. Tulip is built for enterprise floor management, not omnichannel outreach. BSPK is a luxury-focused outreach tool with a narrower scope. Endear combines unified customer profiles, multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, WhatsApp), and AI-powered tools in one platform. See more here.

How long does enterprise implementation take?
Every business is different, but generally speaking, as quickly as the brand is able to. Enterprise rollouts move fast when they start with a focused pilot. For example, one brand launched Endear across a 10-store pilot and scaled to all 113 stores in just two months.
