The cost of letting clienteling slip
The customer in front of you will always come first, and they should. But letting outreach slide has a real cost, and it's bigger than most teams think.
$78,000
In holiday clienteling sales per store from the most consistent teams.
2x
More clienteling revenue for stores that reached out every week, compared with stores that missed just one or two.
$3,400
Less for every holiday week a store skips outreach.

FAQ
What do you mean by $100 in gifts or gift cards?
We work with Goody (a gift fulfillment platform) and will be giving five winners $100 to spend however they want on the platform. They'll be able to choose from 1,000s of brands and gift cards, from AirPods to Sephora to DoorDash, and more.
How many winners will there be?
Five people will win.
How and when will winners be selected?
Winners will be chosen by random drawing between now and Dec 31. Every entry is included in all remaining drawings, so the sooner you download, the more chances you have to win.
How will I receive my $100 gift?
If you win, we’ll email you to confirm your details, then you’ll receive your $100 credit from Goody by email. You can choose anything in their catalog; if you pick something over $100, you’ll just cover the difference.
