Now You're Ready to Use SalesChat

Learn how to view, claim, and reply to customer chats in the app. Sign in to Endear to follow along.

    1. Receive your first message

    Click here to receive a sample message as if a customer was reaching out through SalesChat.

    2. Claim the incoming chat

    Click "Claim" to set yourself as the conversation owner. Learn more about why claiming a chat is important.

    3. Send a reply

    Send a reply to practice chatting! Try adding images or appointment booking links directly into your message.

    4. Save the customer's email

    Use SalesChat to update the customer’s email in the "Details" pane on the right-hand side.

    5. Close the chat

    When you're ready, click "Close" to end the conversation and move it out of your Inbox.
