Admins can now adjust customer profile fields from account settings
By going into settings and selecting the newly added "Customers" option, Admins can adjust which fields appear on customer profiles, which order they appear in, and what they're labeled.
On Endear Professional, Admins can also use the "Add Field" button to create custom fields on customer profiles. Custom fields in Endear can be one of the following types; Write-in Text, Dropdown Select, Web Address, Number, Date, and True/False. There are also options to make the field non-editable by users or allow multiple entries/selections.

"All Conversations" inbox now lists conversations in chronological order based on the most recent message, regardless of the conversation status.

New Messaging Inbox Layout
We will be releasing our new Messaging inbox to the Endear web app on May 18, 2021. If you've already downloaded the Endear Mobile App, this new layout should look familiar since you've already been using it there. Watch the video below for a full tour of the changes before they go live in your account in a couple weeks.
You'll also notice our new stand-alone composer, which can follow you around the app and allow you to edit your message from anywhere.
Admins, you can turn on these new messaging features for your team's account before we officially launch in a couple weeks! Simply go to Settings > Messaging > and click Upgrade at the top. Please note once you turn on these features, the action can't be undone.
